3 Ingredients To Crush It

I strongly believe there are 3 ingredients to crush it and  accomplish anything in the world.  The 3 ingredients to crush it are the following…

Self Limiting Beliefs

People set limitations on themselves that are pretty low.  They wait for others to set standards for them to try and meet them.  Once you know that anything is possible, there should be nothing standing in the way.  If Thomas Edison gave up on making the light bulb after a few times, it never would of happened.  Some of  you may know of Kyle Maynard, the first person without hands and feet to climb Mt Kilimanjaro.  That never would of happened if he said its never been done before or it’s impossible to climb a mountain with no limbs.  If you think it can not be done, chances are pretty good that you won’t do it.  If you think it is easy if you are consistent then you will most likely get some progress.

Time is one of the very few things that people have limited control over.  The more money you have, the more you value your time.  Always try and outsource the things that eat up too much time, that take too much time to learn or that you do not know how to do.  It is better to spend time doing the things you love to do and the skills you know best or have the most control over.

Implemented knowledge is king.  It’s important to gain knowledge, but it is also important to exercise what you learn. If you don’t know how to do something, learn.  Read a book, implement it, watch a movie, look it up on google, or simply ask somebody that knows!  It is just as important to feed your mind everyday too.  I read or listen to audio daily.  If I am too busy to read, I will listen to a podcast or audio book.  One of my favorite quotes is “If you lack a skill, go out and get it.” by Jordan Belfort.   Also if you teach or share what you learn, it will help you remember it even better.

I hope you found these 3 Ingredients To Crush It useful and feel free to share as well!

To your success
